Weekly yoga classes with Katy at the Wells Road Osteopaths. An opportunity to explore the benefits of a regular yoga practise and deepen your practise. I offer a space to explore yoga at a relaxed pace. We move slowly, giving opportunity to notice and undo unwanted tension and habits, find more balance for body and mind and refine how we are moving, to help sustain us both on and off our mats. Numbers are limited, so it is recommended that you book your space in advance to avoid disappointment. A £10 discount is available when booking a total of 6 sessions, to be used within the time-frame specified.
