Postures, breath-work, meditation and guided rest will be shared to support you physically, energetically, emotionally and mentally. Techniques which once learned you can integrate into your life and feast upon for the rest of your lives! We will explore postures slowly, tuning into your body and breath, and your ever-changing experience, uncovering your inner teacher to guide you towards a stronger, more open, more vital, sanguine self. These sessions are 75 minutes, as sometimes an hour just doesn't seem quite enough!
